Sessions missed without sufficient notice may be treated as completed and non-refundable, except in genuine emergencies at the Academy’s discretion.

Group classes follow fixed batch schedules.
If a student misses a group session:

- No refund or replacement session applies
This ensures continuity and fairness for all participants.
6. Coach Rescheduling or Cancellation
In rare situations such as public holidays, tournaments, travel, illness, or unavoidable commitments, a session may be rescheduled by the Academy.
The Academy will ensure the student receives the paid session through:
- rescheduling to a mutually convenient time, OR
- carry-forward to a future schedule, OR
- replacement session
No paid session will be forfeited due to Academy-initiated changes.
7. Fees and Payments
Fees must be paid in advance according to the selected plan, batch, course, camp, or program.
Payments may be made via:
- UPI
- bank transfer
- approved payment links
- or secure third-party processors (such as Razorpay, Stripe, Wise)
Access to services may be paused or declined for unpaid fees.
Applicable taxes (including GST where required by law) may be charged or included in fees as communicated at the time of payment.
8. Refund Policy Reference
Refund eligibility and conditions are governed by the Academy’s Refund Policy page.
