1. Incredible Chess Academy (We) reserves all the rights to change, deny or reschedule any class. Any arbitration or legal proceedings against Incredible Chess Academy would fall under the jurisdiction of the Bombay High Court. 
2. Incredible Chess Academy reserves all the rights to accept or deny any products/services without giving any explanation.
3. If the student doesn't term up for the scheduled class/ session without giving intimation at least 24 hours then he will be charged for the session completely. He will not be given any refund for that session or the session Fee will not  carry forward.
4. Payment and Fees

              Should you register for any paid service/session on this website or purchase any product or serives on this website, You agree to pay Us ( Incredible Chess Academy) the specific monetary amounts required for that product or those services. These monetary amounts ("Fees") will be described to You during Your registration and/ or confirmation process. The amount required for payment will be shown to You immediately prior to purchase. Payment for any on going services is billed automatically until You notify Us that you would like to terminate Your access to the Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service or refuse to sell the products on the Website at our sole discretion to anyone for any reason at any time.
